Ferryboats on Lake Balaton
We are proud to take part in the project of the Hungarian State Touristic Agency (MTÜ) for creating brand new ferry boats and catamarans. The large scaled master-models for the tooling are milled on our 5 axis Zimmermann FZ35 milling machine.
The cabin will be produced as a single hull, and the complex geometry contains undercuts, the moulds are segmented and joined to each other with flanges. The final huge cabin will be de-moulded like peeling an orange.
