Advanced Manufacturing Technology: High-Tech Polyurethane Stock
To achieve the ideal balance of rigidity and perfect fit, Rössler gun stocks are manufactured using state-of-the-art Hennecke high-pressure piston metering technology.
Using hydraulic clamps and heated aluminium moulds, we produce moulded PUR (polyurethane) components with industry-leading cycle times of just a few minutes. Our manufacturing process covers the full urethane family:
- Soft integral foams
- Rigid foams
- Non-foaming compact systems
Precision Integration
Rössler stock manufacture includes the complex integration and extremely precise positioning of metal inserts within the structure. This precision guarantees:
